Monique Lynelle Gray was born in Hartford, CT and grew up in Philadelphia, PA and is an Entrepreneur/ Business Owner with a wealth of experience and an unwavering spirit that perseveres through adversity. Named a 2026 Marquis Who's Who Honoree and pursuing her Doctorate degree in Business Administration, with a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, where she graduated with a 3.67 GPA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from Temple University, she embodies the importance of persistence. After her service in the US Army, she continued her education by completing her Cosmetology Instructor's certification while finishing her BA. In 2012, she published her first book, "My Journey at 30," followed by "A Teen's Guide to Succeed in High School" the same year. By 2015, she released "Blessed in the Midst of the Storm" and her first studio album, "Love of the Music," in 2013. She further launched the EPs "Get Lifted Up" and "I'm Still Blessed" in 2016 and 2017 respectively, and in 2021, she unveiled "The Love of the Music-Compilation Album."
Currently, Monique Lynelle integrates her extensive knowledge, experience, and training into her role as a speaker and Wellness Coach. As a licensed Cosmetologist and certified, previously licensed Cosmetology Instructor, along with her training in a discipleship program, she became a certified Joy Restoration Coach and Grief Support Specialist in 2026, as well as a certified Christian Counselor in 2014. With additional certification in Leadership, Coach ML aims to share insights from her diverse background with other leaders, women, and individuals on their path of personal development.
In addition, she serves as a mentor in Baltimore, MD, and is a certified producer, videographer, and editor. Between 2016 and 2018, she produced various shows for the Public Access Television Station DCTV, including "The Monique Lynelle Show" and "Monique Lynelle's Journey - The Documentary," and she wrote, produced, and directed her first film.
Monique is committed to helping individuals process their grief and manage their stress, encouraging them to achieve their goals with joy along their journey.
